It is too long, the audience won’t have enough patience to read all the way to the end. In fact, that can be true too. As a number of readers access content via mobile devices, they favor shorter word counts. An average adult absorbs between 200 and 250 words per minute. By having enough time to read the entire message, people are more likely to comment on shorter posts and for a blog to have more engagements. 

So to conclude our answer, according to online social journalism website Medium, 75% of all blog articles can be read in 3 minutes or less, which implies that three-quarters of all blogs are under 600 words.
